Big Bottle Sunday – 06/03/16

Did you ever feel like you wanted to try one of our big bottles but couldn’t drink it by yourself or didn’t want to spend the money?

With our Big Bottle Sundays we are giving you the opportunity to drink a glass of our most exclusive beers, without having to pay for the whole bottle. And because beer and food work well together, we will pair a little nibble that will match the beer perfectly.

For our first Big Bottle Sunday we opened Weird Brodmance, a collaboration between Weird Beard Brew Co and Brodies Brewery in London. As it is a maple syrup imperial stout aged in Bourbon barrels, we thought it would be great to pair it with some maple syrup candied bacon prepared by our friends at A Rule Of Tum Burger Shop. Needless to say, it was amazing.

For our next Big Bottle Sunday on the 6th of March, we will open Provenance Lemon & Lime by Jester King Brewery in Texas. It is a sour wild ale fermented with lemon and lime, and it will pair greatly with some fresh and lemony goat cheese. If you’d like to join us, please book your ticket at the shop!
