Tiny Rebel, Newport, UK – Shake Down, Mango New England IPA, 4.5%, 330ml can

Color? Mango. Smell? Mango. Flavour? Mango. You get our drift, it’s another crazy number from the Welsh brewery – a juicy IPA bursting with hops and (drumroll…) mango!

Dark Revolution, Salisbury, UK – Sonic, Session IPA, 4.9%, 330ml can.

After hearing a lot of good things about Dark Revolution we decided to give them a go! Here is one of their classics, a full flavoured and hop forward session IPA brewed with Citra, Simcoe and Ekuanot Hops. It has a strong citrus aroma and flavour, balanced bitterness and dry finish.

Fierce Beer, Aberdeen, UK / Collaboration with New Zealand Beer Collective – Undefeated Champion, IPA, 6.0%, 330ml can

For this beer, Fierce has teamed up with the New Zealand Beer Collective, formed in 2015 to showcase and bring to the UK beers from some of the best NZ breweries. Since then, they have also started importing native New Zealand hops, including the world famous Nelson Sauvin used in this beer. Lychee, mango and white wine fruitiness are some of the aromas and flavours you get from this champion of hops.

St Bernardus, Watou, Belgium – Tokyo, Wit beer, 6.0%, 330ml can.

A traditional Belgian beer, brewed by monks, packaged in a can. That is not something you’ll witness everyday! It’s their only canned beer, and it was first launched in 2012 to celebrate to opening of their taproom in Tokyo. It’s now been released worldwide for our greatest pleasure. Somewhere between a wit beer and a saison, it’s a refreshing beer with a ton of flavour.

Basqueland Brewing, San Sebastian, Spain – Aupa, Pale Ale, 5.3%, 330ml can.

Basqueland Brewing was started by three Americans living in San Sebastian in the heart of Basque Country. Aupa is their west coast style pale ale: citrus fruits, pine and some punchy bitterness!

Brasserie d’Achouffe, Achouffe, Belgium – Chouffe Soleil, Belgian blonde, 6.0%, 330ml bottle

Chouffe Soleil is a lighter version of La Chouffe, created to be enjoyed when it’s hot and sunny and you can’t really drink too many 8.0% beers. Yes, it’s still 6.0% but in Belgium that’s a sessionable beer! It has all of the characteristics of its big brother but with the added bonus of not getting you too drunk. Well not as fast anyway.

Oskar Blues, Longmont, Colorado – Can-0-Bliss Hazy, New England IPA, 7.2%, 355ml can.

The Can-O-Bliss IPA series has been created by Oskar Blues to highlight unconventional hop combinations. We’ve already had a couple of version of Can-O-Bliss in the shop, and we have the Double IPA at the moment. In your box you’ll find Can-O-Bliss Hazy, an unfiltered IPA packed with flavours of melon, peach and tangerine zest.

If you chose ‘I like all beers’

Anspach and Hobday, London, UK – The Porter, porter, 6.7%, 440ml can.

We continue our exploration of the Anspach & Hobday range. This time we bring you The Porter, their flagship beer. Expect flavours of rich coffee and dark chocolate in this perfect example of the iconic London beer style.

If you chose ‘No dark beers’

Burning Sky, Firle, UK – Saison Été, Saison, 4.2%, 440ml can.

We just can’t get enough of the Burning Sky beers! This time we bring you Saison Été (summer in French), a saison brewed with fresh elderflowers picked around the brewery and aged with gooseberries for that slight, super refreshing tartness. Perfect on a hot summer day!
