Buxton Brewery, Buxton, UK – In The Zawn, Table Beer, 3.5%, 440ml can.

UK craft beer veterans Buxton have recently switched over to cans, but this isn’t your typical hazy. Low in alcohol for that zero guilt “I fancy a beer” moment. You all know and love the Kernel Table Beer, let us know how this stacks up.

Gipsy Hill, London, UK, collaboration with To Øl, Copenhagen, Denmark – Envoy, Fruit Sour Pale, 4.0%, 330ml can.

Gipsy Hill are flying at the moment, you would have noticed their range expanding at the Beer House in the last few months. Light, fruity and tart, this beer is lip smacking refreshing!

Siren Craft Brew, Wokingham, UK – Squealer, Brettanomyces Raspberry Sour, 6.5%, 330ml bottle.

It’s going to be a big year for Siren, spending their crowdfunding cash on lots of shiny new stainless steel (including a canning line). Their beers have always pushed the limits and this is no exception. Wild yeasts and raspberries combine in this fruity little number.

Tiny Rebel, Newport, UK in collaboration with Brasserie du Mont Salève, Neydens, France – Mango Milkshake IPA, 4.2%, 330ml can.

Mango smoothie in a can! Tiny Rebel have absolutely perfected this beer style and teamed up with their French buddies for this one. Sweet and smooth, creamy and satisfying.

April beer box
Lost & Grounded, Bristol, UK – Wanna Go To The Sun (2019 rebrew), Pale Ale, 4.6%, 440ml can.

Some of you would have tried this last year but it didn’t last long. The better weather is on the way and this is the perfect beer for it. Light and refreshing with fruity yeast flavours combined with all your favorite hops.

Moor Beer Company, Bristol, UK – España Hop, Pale Ale, 4.1%, 330ml can.

Hop yards are like vineyards, the location and soil give you certain characteristics. So what happens when you plant US hops in Spain? Crack a can of this and find out!

Cromarty, Davidston, UK – AKA IPA, 6.7%, 330ml bottle.

We’ve been trying to get hold of Cromarty beers for ages! Located a long way North of anything, this Scottish brewery have quietly been making great beer for years. This is a brilliant interpretation of a West Coast IPA. Expect to see more of their beers at our place soon!

If you ticked ‘I like all beers’

Fierce Beer, Aberdeen, UK – Dirty Sanchez, Chipotle Porter, 6.5%, 330ml can.

The owners of this brewery were regulars at Brewdog Aberdeen when Jonny was the manager there a few years ago. They would bring in their homebrew for him to try and they were always very good! Years later and they’re on the shelf in the shop, a great little story for a great (not so little) beer.

If you ticked ‘No dark beers’

Cloudwater, Manchester, UK – Märzen, 5.2%, 440ml can.

Märzen is the beer for March in Southern Germany, it’s a lager but not as you know it. Medium to full body with a malty flavour and a clean finish. Cloudwater have been brewing a few traditional German styles for a while now so expect to be whisked away to a Bavarian Beer Hall with this one.
